Zilli Home Interiors is pleased to offer personalized in home consultations and design services by a professional and accredited interior designer to help bring your vision to life and create a space that inspires.
A design consultant will visit your home for a private consultation. During this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss any ideas you have for the room, your concerns and overall budget. You will also discuss what pieces you would like to see incorporated into the new design, what existing pieces must be used and review your favourite photos and clippings so that the designer has a general idea of your personal style. Measurements of the room are also taken at this time.
Within one week of the initial meeting, you will be presented with a few different options for your space. A space planning diagram will be prepared and will include recommendations for furniture, layout, upholstery fabrics, leathers, accent pieces, tables, finish options, accessories, lighting, etc. Selecting these items are a great way to personalize your space and is the most exciting part of the process!
There is a nominal fee of $250.00 plus applicable taxes per room for this service however, the design service fee is deducted against a sales invoice provided the net purchase amount is $2,500.00 or greater.
